Fort Barry is located at the Marin Headlands in Marin County, California.  Named after Brigadier General, William F. Barry, the coastal fort was first occupied in 1908, and provided defenses outside the Golden Gate Strait to protect the San Francisco Bay.  ArcSine performed field investigations of three reservoirs and a treatment plant associated with Fort Barry, and prepared a master plan approach of existing and desired changes for local controls, remote monitoring, and proposed SCADA upgrades.
