Details: Field investigation, developed comprehensive points list, and prepared master planning documentation for 300 remote sites. Design of power, instrumentation and controls, and RTUs for 150 of the sites. Remote sites communicate with four central sites via telephone, radio, and satellite communications to provide total water system monitoring and remote control capability.
